Pricing

We offer both occupied and vacant home staging service and select furniture and decor that compliments the architecture and style of the house. Each package is priced to your home’s needs based on the location, design, and square footage. Our rental term ranges from 45 days to until the home is sold.

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH EACH STAGING

CONSULTATION
One of our talented designers will visit with you to determine your staging needs.

PROPOSAL
We will send you a proposal created to address your staging needs within one business day.

CONTRACT | INVOICE | CALENDAR
We will send you an agreement to sign, pay a deposit, and schedule a date to stage.

DELIVERY AND SETUP
We deliver everything necessary to stage your property for pictures. Our team will transform your space within 24 to 72 hours.

PHOTOGRAPHY
We like to meet the photographer on the day of pictures to make sure the lights are on, the pillows are standing tall and the curtains are hanging straight. This is dependent on schedules and distance, but is available for a guarantee.

DE-STAGING
We return upon the agent’s discretion, usually after the appraisal, to de-stage. We require a 5 day notice to schedule de-staging.
